Cellardoor Winery's facility is located in Lincolnville, Maine, and uses fruit from their Estate Vineyard and premier appellations in Washington, California, and New York states.
WINE: The 2021 Brut Nature Rose is a co-ferment of Lincolnville estate-grown L’Acadie blanc, Frontenac blanc, and Marquette. Following primary fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months prior to bottling the base wine with yeast and sugar for a Traditional Method bottle fermentation. Following completion of bottle fermentation, the wine was aged on the lees for an additional 20 months before disgorging the yeast and corking. Cellardoor finished the wine with zero sugar for a delicious, dry brut nature sparkling rose.
PRICE: Admission is free and includes one complimentary glass of Brut Nature Rose per guest. Additional wine pours are $12 per glass (excluding gratuity).
