DETAILS: Got a sweet tooth?  Sommelier Jenn Forge and pastry chef Georgia Macon band together to create a match made in heaven featuring a 1.5 oz pour of the world-famous Chateau d’Yquem Sauternes paired with a rhubarb galette with crème fraîche.  Stop in and indulge as a-la-carte or add it onto the prix fixe menu to end your day in the sweetest way!  Limited quantities will be available each night throughout the week, so get it while you can!

JENN FORGE: SOMMELIER 

Born and raised in Portland, Maine, Jenn is a veteran of the city’s restaurant scene having experience in every front of the house position over the last 16 years.  A local favorite bartender, Jenn’s love of wine began while working at Munjoy Hill’s highly regarded Lolita and her last position at Via Vecchia before joining the opening team at Twelve.  She is a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, has a degree in hospitality management, and puts an emphasis on exemplary service.
