For a nightly offering, Sommelier Jenn Forge is popping open some of their higher end wines from their ‘bottles only’ list to compliment and enhance each dish from their 4-course prix fixe menu. Wines may change nightly depending on what glorious dishes are planned for the evening.

Reservations for Twelve fill up very quickly and you should know that their is limited walk-in availability, so it is strongly encouraged to make a reservation. If you wish to participate in this elevated wine pairing, you may note it in your reservation but it is not required to participate.
Reservations for June will open May 1st.

Born and raised in Portland, Maine, Jenn is a veteran of the city’s restaurant scene having experience in every front of the house position over the last 16 years. A local favorite bartender, Jenn’s love of wine began while working at Munjoy Hill’s highly regarded Lolita and her last position at Via Vecchia before joining the opening team at Twelve. She is a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, has a degree in hospitality management, and puts an emphasis on exemplary service.
