The three featured wines — a Vinho Verde from Portugal, a Petit Chablis, and a Grower-Producer Champagne — were chosen for their clean, high-acid profiles that both complement the richness of the fish and the subtlety of mineral ocean flavors. Each paired with a selection of daily-rotating fish cut and curated in-house by Sushi Chef Jordan Rubin and team.
Three different wine choices equals three different Fish n’ Sips offering to choose from. Each will come with a personalized list of the fish selected for your sashimi tasting as well as information about the wine and how to enjoy these two special items together.
COST: Each tier includes a sashimi tasting and bottle of wine with the option to upgrade to a deluxe sashimi tasting or add additional menu items.
