DETAILS: A midday grazing wine lunch featuring delicious food from Chef Wilson Rothschild and Pit Master Pliny Reynolds, served alongside some of Justin Dewalt and Ned Swain’s favorite Chilean wines from the Devenish Wines portfolio.

Sommelier and General Manager of Terlingua, Justin DeWalt, has spent years traveling through Chile. He brings stories of wine-based culture in Chile and sincere admiration for producers being presented.

Devenish Wines owner, Ned Swain, has spent decades cultivating a portfolio that represents the best certified organic and natural wine producers in the world. The Chilean portfolio Ned brings to the table is so exciting, diverse and showcases the versatility of what these regions are bringing to the World spotlight.

Both Justin and Ned will be facilitating discussion on the food and wine pairings in this casual afternoon event in a covered outdoor patio.

Think, a selection of bites featuring smoked meats, local seafood, and seasonal vegetarian offerings with delicious white, orange, and red Chilean wines presented by a bunch of really great people.
